Science Fiction
Science Fiction narrates stories with effects of the change on people taking place in which the time is far from our own world. Science fiction often takes place in the world where scientific technology takes the most amount of change.
While Science Fiction might be defined as the literature of change, Fantasy might be defined as the literature of difference.
I believed that Science Fiction need not necessary be 100% logical because in one way it is not related to our time of the world. Yet something still has to be logical so that we can relate to the story base on our time. So it is all up to balance, with the two poles at one end is the logical way of explaining things while at the other, is the illogical way to create wonders in the story.
Definitely to a certain extent science fiction should be a bit more leaning towards the logical side.
But to what extent can we say something not logical in science fiction? The story may took place in another million year from our time, if we were to say as time goes, people become smarter and have more logical sense, then to what rights do we have for saying that not all areas in science e fiction is not totally logical?
